Terms & ConditionsA reservation can be made online on the bookings page of this website.A reservation is when you receive an email from us confirming your stay and we have received payment of your deposit.We accept payment of your deposit by credit card via Paypal.Prices are based on 2 people sharing a room/per night. This price includes a continental-style breakfast.Minimum stay 2 consecutive nights during July & August. However, if there is availability, one night stays are accepted with a 15€ supplement per room. For bookings of 1 night we ask for full payment. For all other stays we ask for a 25% deposit at the time of booking. This is non-refundable. Should you not arrive on the prebooked date, we will assume you do not require the room and will retain this deposit. The balance is to be paid either on arrival or via paypal before arrival.Please let us know if you need to change your plans or will arrive late as we reserve the right to re-let this room should you not arrive.If you have pre-paid for 1 night and need to cancel your reservation please note we require at least 7 days notice and in all cases 25% of the total booking value is retained by us.A reservation is a contract in law. If your circumstances are such that you think you may have to cancel your booking, we suggest that you take out travel insurance.Check out time is by 11h00. Rooms are available between 16h00 and 19h00. Please let us know if you need to arrive/leave outside of these times and we will try and help.Children are welcome at Le Saint-André and children under 2, sleeping in a cot are free.Not all bedrooms can take a third bed, so please ask us for the options first. The house and terrace is strictly no smoking.Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets.
